Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at skipthemanual.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made on demand, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. Final sale items are also non-returnable.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
